Three things, and we are live.

All three are in tools you already use. If you would rather not, say the word and we will do the whole thing on a screen share while you watch — that is usually faster than reading this.

1. Point the pages at GoHighLevel

So every parent who fills in a form lands in your CRM as a contact, tagged with which offer they came from and which grade their student is in, and triggers your booking workflow.

2. Make the Google Meet link automatic

So nobody books a call and then waits for you to send a link by hand. This is also half of your no-show problem.

3. Give us access to the ad account

So we can see what your money actually did, and so the pixel fires on the new pages. Your account stays yours throughout — this is access, not ownership, and you can revoke it in two clicks whenever you like.

4. The reviews — the part only you can do

Every page has a space for what your families say, and it is empty. We will not write a testimonial and put a parent’s name on it, so it stays empty until real ones arrive.

Copy this and send it to five families you have already helped

Hi [name] — quick favor, two minutes.

I am putting what I do in front of families who have never met me, and the only thing that means anything to them is what someone like you says. Would you write two lines about where you were before we worked together and what changed?

Here is the link: success.athletiqconnect.com/reviews/

Say it exactly how it was — if something was frustrating, put that in too. A review I had to be nice to get is worth nothing to the next family.

Thank you,
Randy

Five of these
Worth more than every word we wrote

Why we will not just write them

Because the first parent who checks is the one who was about to pay you three thousand dollars a month, and an agency that writes its client’s testimonials is an agency that will write anything. Five real ones beat fifty invented ones, and they are the only kind we will put on a page.

Or we do all of it while you watch

Thirty minutes on a screen share and every one of these is done: the webhook wired, the Google Meet calendar built, the reminders set, and the ad account connected. You keep every login. Just say when.
